Please read these terms carefully before booking with us
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the trek leader and adhere to a code of conduct that promotes safety and respect for fellow trekkers, guides, and the environment. Any disruptive behavior that compromises the safety or experience of others may result in immediate expulsion from the trek without a refund.
Participants are required to follow the guidelines provided by the trip Manager and any accompanying volunteers. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action.
Trek Panda reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or cancel the trek due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors that may jeopardize the safety of participants. Participants will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the trip. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Trek Panda before the trek. Trek panda is not liable for any health issues or injuries sustained during the trek.
All bookings must be made online through Trek Panda’s official website. Payments will not accepted on the spot.
