Terms & Conditions

• Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the trek leader and adhere to a code of conduct that promotes safety and respect for fellow trekkers, guides, and the environment. Any disruptive behavior that compromises the safety or experience of others may result in immediate expulsion from the trek without a refund.
• Participants are required to follow the guidelines provided by the trip Manager and any accompanying volunteers. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action.
• Trek Panda reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or cancel the trek due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors that may jeopardize the safety of participants. Participants will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the trip. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Trek Panda before the trek. Trek panda is not liable for any health issues or injuries sustained during the trek.
• All bookings must be made online through Trek Panda’s official website. Payments will not accepted on the spot.

Cancellation Policy

• Complete your pending payment 5 days before departure. Failure to pay the second installment may result in booking cancellation and loss of advance payment. Boarding will be denied for non-payment, and the seat will be reassigned.
• For Backpacking Expeditions and Long Treks (More than 4 nights): 30+ days before the trek: Full refund in a Trek Panda coupon or monetary refund with 15% cancellation charge. 20-30 days before the trek: 80% refund in a Trek Panda coupon or monetary refund with 50% cancellation charge. Less than 20 days before the trek: No monetary refund; 50% in a Trek Panda coupon. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• For Sahyadri Treks/Camping's and Weekend Backpacking Trips: 30+ days before the trek: Full refund in a Trek Panda coupon or monetary refund with 15% cancellation charge. 20-30 days before the trek: 80% refund in a Trek Panda coupon or monetary refund with 50% cancellation charge. Less than 20 days before the trek: No monetary refund; 20% in a Trek Panda coupon if fully paid.
• Natural calamities or unrest: No refund if the trip has started. Before departure: Full refund except for train and bus cancellations.
